Courses 2020/21: new deadlines for application
Ballet School, admission 2020: calls for 4th to 7th course

On Saturday 18 July 2020 twenty-two students of the Ballet School of the La Scala Academy have brilliantly passed the final exams and achieved the diploma: Elisa Andrei Mitroi, Fiamma Balzano, Marta Bentivoglio, Matilde Colombo, Lavinia Comelli, Chiara Ferrara, Vanessa Liberto, Martina Marini, Letizia Masini, Youma Miceli, Rebecca Nervi, Alessia Sasso, Priscilla Volpe, Daniele Bonelli, Tommaso Calcia, Pierluca Grieco, Mattia Imperatore, Camillo Federico Lussana, Damiano Maffeis, Giorgio Perego, Fulvio Gabriele Zamagna, Matteo Zorzoli.

The teachers Paola Vismara and Leonid Nikonov for classical-academic dance and Emanuela Tagliavia for modern-contemporary dance led them to the diploma.

It was a difficult year for the students, forced to a long period of interruption. Still, the children faced the current difficulty with courage and determination, also knowing how to seize the opportunity of a new way of learning, thanks to distance learning. They returned to the ballroom on June 15 with the desire to regain the scene.

High marks both in classical-academic dance and in modern-contemporary dance. In commission, alongside the teaching staff of the School, whose supervision is entrusted to Frédéric Olivieri and artistic responsibility to Maurizio Vanadia, this year a guest as Davide Bombana was present, ex-pupil, first dancer of the Teatro alla Scala and of the Bayerische Staatsballett, internationally renowned choreographer, formerly Director of the Maggio Danza, recently appointed Director of the Corps de Ballet of the Teatro Massimo – Palermo.

Students are already leaving for Munich, Berlin, Düsseldorferdolf, Helsinki.
