    It’s nutcracker time!
Presentation of the academy of lyric opera

On December 14 at 7 pm, the Academy Orchestra will perform in concert at the Stadthalle of Singen in the German state of Baden-Württemberg, conducted by Pietro Mianiti.

The program is a journey through Italian and German opera with two titles by Rossini, Il barbiere di Siviglia and Guglielmo Tell, Bellini’s Norma, four masterpieces by Verdi, Attila, La traviata, Nabucco, and La forza del destino, Wagner’s Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg, and Mascagni’s Cavalleria rusticana.

The event is produced with the support of the Bracco Foundation.

The Bracco Foundation enhances Italy’s cultural, historical and artistic heritage at national and global levels. It also stimulates environmental awareness, promotes scientific research, safeguards health, supports education and professional training for young people and develops welfare and solidarity initiatives in order to contribute to collective well-being. Established in 1927, Bracco Foundation is today one of the Founders of the Accademia Teatro alla Scala.
