The department offers a Master in Management for Performing Arts (MASP). The course of study was started in collaboration with the University SDA Bocconi and has also worked with the Piccolo Teatro in Milan since 2008. The aim of the program is to prepare individuals to become professionals who are able to integrate cultural-artistic knowledge with economics and business skills. The course is considered one of the most qualified in the field of performing arts, especially due the quality of its education/training and the opportunity it provides for internships in prestigious companies and organizations.
The Department also offers the Course of entrepreneurship and promotion in music for musicians working autonomously and as musical entrepreneurs. The course aims to provide, together with the necessary organizational, managerial and legislative skills, the cultural and artistic competencies needed to carry out music projects for musicians. This approach answers to the need for Italian musical training to adapt to the type offered by Europe’s most authoritative training institutions. The goal is to provide students with overall preparation that goes beyond a specialized focus.
