The Orientation Area offers Academy students and external users guidance in the development of their competence portfolio, a tool that allows job seekers to understand and take best advantage of the knowledge and skills they have acquired throughout their careers. Through a 15-hour seminar, participants can draw up the portfolio by way of an in-depth and formal analysis of their experience.
The user is led through a series of steps in order to:
- Explore his/her personal, professional and artistic background to uncover their competences.
- Organize and write out personal aspirations.
- Find the most appropriate means to formalize and present experience.
- Compile his/her own competence portfolio.
